What currency are your prices in?
US dollars (USD). The one-time payment and the yearly payments on the 5-year plan are all priced and invoiced in USD.
Is the USD 77,999 a one-time payment?
Yes. You own the code outright, with no renewal, no per-seat fee and no revenue share. Your ongoing costs are hosting, your own team and any third-party services you connect.
Can we spread the cost?
Yes. Choose the 5-year plan: USD 20,000 a year, USD 100,000 in total. The full source code is transferred to you after your fifth payment.
Can we audit the code before buying?
Yes. The live code audit is step 4: after signing, before transfer. Your engineers work in the real codebase first.
How long is the audit?
It's set in your commercial offer, based on your team size and how deep you want to go.
What if the audit turns up something we don't like?
Raise it at the decision point. We respond, and both sides sign off before transfer. If it's not a fit, you walk away.
Do we need all five audit roles?
Fewer people can cover several areas, but each needs real expertise. If you're short-staffed, ask us about audit support.
Can we change the code?
Yes. Adding corridors, customising and building features are all normal. Your own changes fall outside our fix and security cover.
What happens after 6 months?
Nothing is taken away. You keep the code and every update. Ongoing support can be arranged if you want it.
Who is responsible if it goes down?
You are, once the code is transferred. We stand behind the quality of the code and the 6-month cover.
What isn't included?
Hosting, third-party fees (gateways, identity check providers), custom development and support beyond the included periods.
Built by people who have helped MSBs for years.
The risk checks on every online transfer come from what they see every day.
- The person paying isn't the customer
- One bank account, several customers
- A disposable email address
- Sign-in from a high-risk location
- The same person signing up twice
- A name close to a sanctions list
