Straight answers, before you're on a call.
One-time. You own the code outright — no license renewal, no per-seat fee, no revenue share. Ongoing costs are the ones you'd expect for any platform you run yourself: hosting, your own team, and any third-party services you connect, like payment gateways or KYC providers.
Yes. The Live Code Audit is step 4 of the acquisition process — it happens after contract signing but before the code transfer, so your engineers work directly in the codebase before anything is finalized. See "Six steps" above for how it fits into the process.
The exact window is confirmed as part of your commercial offer, scoped to your team's size and how deep a review you want to run. Ask your RemitSo rep for specifics before you block out your audit team's calendar.
That's what the Decision Point (step 5) is for. You raise any outstanding questions or concerns, RemitSo responds, and both sides sign off before the code transfer happens. If it's not a fit, you walk away at that point.
Fewer people can cover it by wearing multiple hats, but each of the five domains needs someone with real expertise reviewing it — a generalist skimming PHP won't catch what a senior backend engineer will. If you're short-staffed, ask your RemitSo rep about audit support before the process begins.
No. White-labeling means running on RemitSo's platform under your brand — RemitSo still owns and maintains the code. A source code license transfers the actual code to you; from that point, you own, host, and maintain it independently.
Yes — it's unencrypted, full source, and it's yours. Customizing it further, adding corridors, or building new features are all normal after transfer. One note: changes you make yourself fall outside the defect-fixing and vulnerability-management coverage described in Support, above.
Nothing is revoked — you keep the code and everything already delivered. Continued defect fixes, updates, or support beyond the included windows would need a separate arrangement; talk to your RemitSo rep if you want extended coverage in place before the first 12 months are up.
You are. Once the code is transferred, uptime, incident response, and infrastructure SLAs sit with your team — see "Full control comes with full responsibility" above. RemitSo's commitment is to the quality of the code delivered and the defect/vulnerability coverage in Support.
The license covers the platform as it stands — backend, admin panel, web app, mobile app, and their documented integrations. It doesn't include ongoing hosting, third-party service fees (payment gateways, KYC providers), custom feature development, or support beyond the included windows.
Yes — that's the first CTA on this page. A demo and initial technical consultation typically happen before any commercial offer is drawn up.
Stop waiting 12 months to build. Stop renting infrastructure you'll never control. One conversation tells you exactly what your launch.
